Yinso Packing has specialized in the production of medical blister packaging for over a decade, accumulating more than 400 medical clients. A few years ago, a medical client from Chongqing customized a medical blister packaging from Yinso. Since it was a newly developed medical device, the initial usage was relatively low, and the first batch lasted for nearly three years. Initially, there were concerns about the quality of the medical blister packaging material if stored for too long. Let me share some knowledge on this topic.

The PETG material used by Yinso Packing is sourced from Eastman in the USA and SK in South Korea. Most of it is supplied by SK, addressing the issue of low initial quantities for medical devices. The material is environmentally friendly, highly safe, with strong bacterial resistance, and the best sealing performance among all materials. Furthermore, its storage life can reach three years under constant temperature conditions, and with proper storage, its lifespan can even be longer. Since it was the first time for the Chongqing client to work with us, they inevitably had concerns and only customized one type of medical blister packaging, which happened to last for about three years. Three years later, in August 2017, they contacted Yinso Packing again and actively informed our sales team that our products were excellent, and they were very satisfied. Time had proven everything. Although they had also approached some other blister packaging manufacturers to customize medical blister packaging during that period, after careful consideration over time, they ultimately decided to entrust all their medical blister packaging needs to Yinso due to various reasons. Currently, Yinso Packing is handling three or four projects simultaneously for them. With many other company cases in the pipeline, the engineering team and all relevant departments are extremely busy.
